Is this normal with anxiety

My nerves are jumping , sometimes it's in my leg , my arm , etc , 5 min go I had my arm resting on my leg and I could literally feel my nerves jumping it was shaking my arm , I took the Ativan last night at er , it did calm my anxiety and panic down but I still feel my nerves jumping
