Uggggh I had to come here& post Ive never had this happen to me,where I get sick&start to feel worse within my whole body aches evey where most of all in my legs&for the last two days Ive had anxiety here&there&Iam doing my best to fight through without any meds,because Iam real tired of meds and get tired of them so much&trying the best I can to not med up anytime something feel like it is wrong I will havw better.

Soul,

What meds are you referring to? Is it a benzo that you can take as needed, I hope? Otherwise, you may be feeling unwell due to discontinuation s/e's if you have stopped your A/D (such as an SSRI/SNRI) which are meant to be taken regualarly...and then weaned off or gradually.

Also, it is possible that you are just coming down with something? If that is the case, then I would go ahead and use your medication, along with taking care of yourself, so that you can feel better.

Illness can make our anxiety worse...

I hope that you can get this all figured out and feel better soon.

Thanks SC yes I have the flu&it is because of the person/grown person I stay with,was sick and went around thoughtless with no care coughing just nasty&would never cover her mouth.
My system is already weak from the thyroid problem I have&If not careful can end up sick real easy,and this is the 2nd time in a month Ive been sick because of thoughtless moves.
And the med I talk of is vistril it makes me dizzy&Iam trying to learn to cope better,and not just take at the sign of panic thank you much for all your advice you are a blessing.

I was going to post something along the lines of what Larry did,....there's "something going around now" (you know how it comes in waves). And with a weaker immune system, perhaps you picked it up (again?)

I go based on my Husband informing of his team members being out at work getting sick, and of course, when the kids start coming home with everything from the "sniffles" to the "coughs."

Perhaps taking your meds, and taking some down time to just care for you right now will help you heal. Spend some time tending to the needs of SNH.
