I am not a medical professional, but to the best of my understanding here is a rundown of what you had tested:
An EKG would rule out any rhythm problems or electrical signal abnormalities (like arrhythmias)...the stress test would give an indication of the performance of your heart during aerobic activity...basically checking the strength/fitness of your heart...and the echo looks at the structure of the heart, to see that it is sound and healthy in it's physiology.
These test are absolutely sufficient for someone who is otherwise healthy, with no known risk factors.
So yes, you can rest assured that all is well with your heart!! :)
That is great news!
You should not need to repeat any of these test anytime soon. Check with your doctor about when they should be repeated...
...but for now, breathe deep and enjoy the feeling of relief.
Keep posting and working on your coping skills to keep your anxiety in check.
