Feel like ish

Uggghhh feel like ish for real been sick for like ever thats what it feel like&I so hate being sick&even more because anxiety&sickness don't mix well at all,I don't know what I have flu mix with eyes that run like Iam crying&now of all days Iam starting to feel sick to my dang stomach& maybe thats from just eating chips before I took some stuff for flu. Maybe it is the switch from tylenol cold to advil cold tylenol wasn't working fast enough,are maybe it is withdrawl from vistril whatever it is I don't like feeling like Iam going to be sick to my stomach gosh I just want to feel better already&will be talking to doctor to see if I need to start getn a flu shot Ive never had one. But I see now I got to look out for my immune system even more because Ive been sick one to many times,and I dislike not being able to smell and feeling like crap.

I know how frustrating it is when you already have anxiety and then get slapped with a flu or bug! Sometimes things can get amplified.

I definitely agree with resident sage S.C. about the flu shot. I used to not get them,.... But now I make sure I stay on top of them. But yep, gotta be healthy first. One step at a time.
