Unfortunately, no one can put a time frame on "when" your anxiety will go away.
But by using your coping skills, and using them daily, even when you're not as anxious, you will get proficient at utilizing them to combat anxiety as it pops up in the future.
The more you practice, like anything else, the better you get and the stronger you get. Likewise, the longer you choose to do nothing (examples like medication, therapy, self-help skills, relaxation),...the longer you give the anxiety a home in your body.
To kick it out, you have to strengthen the rest of you, step by step. But yes, it can be done! I don't think anyone gets "cured" of anxiety....but we learn, through practice, better ways to handle it when it does come up, and then it doesn't feel as severe. We "manage" it better.
