Anxiety and stuffy ear

Have you seen an ENT? (Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist?)

Between the dizziness and odd noises in your ear, it might be something you'd want to consider.

I had similar symptoms at one time. It was hard to distinguish from my regular anxiety symptoms which can also range from head pressure to dizzyness.

However, when I started hearing sounds in my ear, I knew something more was going on.

It turned out, upon examination that I had a middle ear infection. No pain or fever, but I did have an infection causing my symptoms.

You may want to go back for a re-check. Did you ever get seen again after your course of anitbiotic to make sure your sinus infection was cleared? You may have fluid build up in your ears now as well. Make an appointment if you can.
