i just feel horrible today

it's hard to even write this. a whole load of worries in my head. can't seem to get them out of my head. not sure i can continue on.

please pray for me!

Hang in there. You can and will go on! Worrying has never cured anything. Sadly I know this from experience. But that doesn't make it any easier to stop does it? You're in my prayers. Whatever is going on in your life will pass. Just hang in and keep posting. There are people here who are caring and supportive.

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for.

Time and time again, I have seen you face down your worries, and emerge out of an anxiety filled morning the winner!!

I know that it is difficult, but use those coping skills to get you through. Remember too, that you have been here before, and made it!

How are you doing? Thought I would check in to tell you that you are not alone. We are all here for you on good days and bad. You are strong and will get through this tough day. When you think of a worry try and turn it around so it becomes a positive. Thank do it with the next worry. It is easier said than done and takes practice but it is sometimes a good place to start. Even write down the worry and beneath it write the positive than cross out the negative.
