Hi and welcome.
I am sorry to hear of you recent difficulties and losses. I agree that withdrawl symptoms this far out in your cessation of the Zoloft are unlikely...
However, it is entirely possible that you are simply having a situational depression due to your grand and great grandmother's passing. It is understandable, and mourning is to be expected of course. (the mourning process and grief can often be delayed...and may hit days or weeks after the loved ones passing)
I would dicuss this with your doctor at your upcoming appointment, and see what she recommends. If she also feels like this is grief related, and thus temporary....she may recommend doing a watch and wait with your situation.
If however, she thinks that you may benefit from going back on your medication, or perhaps referrs you for therapy, then you will have a plan of action in order to start feeling better.
I wish you the best! Keep posting with us if you find it helpful. We are here to listen and support anytime.
