a friend of mine suggested meditation. i used to do this. so this morning just to get started i tried a minute meditation. not sure if that's why i feel sort of ok, but i do.
i do have one worry about
work. on the last day of the month we do a task. i can't remember the steps. i will have to ask someone for help today.
otherwise i am just glad it's Friday. ready for the weekend.

Good job Display! So proud that you did a full minute of meditation. Some people don't realize how long 60 seconds can be!

D.,
I too am really proud of you for taking some pro-active steps in managing your anxiety today.
That is what makes the difference! You continue to find ways to help yourself, and to stay positive...and it is apparent in your progress.:)
Ask whatever you need to today for your work issue. Employers appreciate honesty, inquisitiveness and the desire to get the work done right!
Have a calm and blessed weekend.

Way to go Display. You already know how to meditate, you have done your first minute and when your ready - try to increase your time to 2 minutes.
Kindly,
Kitt
