this morning's anxiety

we have a hard task at work for today and tomorrow. i have decided to take Friday off. anyway, the task involves telling people they owe more money. i am not looking forward to it, but i will just dive in.

i feel a little less anxious today than usual. i have been trying to meditate in the morning.

it is cold outside which i don't like, and our weather can't seem to warm up. that makes my day hard.

as usual, i ask for prayers and positive thoughts from everyone.

Dive in, display, the water is warm and what a relaxing thought, floating in 80 degree pool water. After the pool, try the Jacuzzi. I may already be in the Jacuzzi when your ready to just soak away but your won't even notice me.

I need a good day so I am praying this is the one for me.
