Hello and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your anxiety issues, and the obstacles that they have caused in your everyday routine...
...however, the good new is that you are seeking therapy, and are working on treating and managing the things that challenge you.
How long have you been seeing your counselor? It can take time to find relief from the phobias and anxiety that plague us...but sticking to your program and being patient with yourself and the process will pay off.
Self-help is something that you may also want to look into. I found this to be very helpful in combination with my therapy sessions.
Here is a link to our Resources that is filled with good ideas:

Check out the site links, filled with great coping skills. There are also book recommendations and on-line therapy options. The CBT/therapy downloadable worksheets are awesome, and something that may be of real value to you. There are specific pages for phobias and anxiety concerns that include help within the whole anxiety spectrum.
Keep posting with us as well. As Kitt mentioned, support is key!
