I am sorry to hear of your recent anxiety/panic trouble. You are far from alone, as we have had many posts of substance triggered anxiety attacks.
Have you been able to discuss any of this with your regular doctor? I would recommend this as your next step if you have not done so already....and you are feeling as if you need help in managing these issues.
You can discuss your treatment options at this time which could include medication and/or therapy.
