Have you seen a gastroenterologist?
/en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GastroenterologyOff hand, without addressing specific food relationships, it sounds like an inflammatory process. Bacteria from head drainage, allergies to food, ulcerations in the esophagus from specific infections, candidiasis, a variety of things.
I have experienced short term esophageal burning that is not amenable to antacids. Sometimes I suspect that it signifies a bacterial issue, as it has happened in association with an early head cold and drainage. Other times from poor posture, sitting folded over, working too long at the computer, acid forced into the esophagus, this has also caused it.
Regardless, it would be advisable to see a doctor about
your symptoms.
Be well.
