Hi Steph,
I am a dance teacher/choreographer, so I know well how this feels.
It can really hit during a big performance, so be sure and prepare as much as possible for the event.
Doing breathing and relaxation exercises before hand will be key.
Repeat postive mantras to yourself such as: 'I am prepared to give a great performance today.' and 'I can do my best in this routine.'
You will be awesome I am sure. Try to relax as much as possible, and know that all will be fine. Enjoy your time on stage, and keep in mind that you are there to have a good time...don't let the pressure get to you...the point is to have a great time.;)
