Here is the truth of Swim's story "cough cough"

In June Swim started becoming curious with medicine and there interactions.Through the course of the summer swim basically made up symptoms that aren't there and almost made a fake image. Almost forcing himself to have anxiety because he could get medicine from the doctor. Now 6 months later Swim is become a more paranoid nervous wreck then ever. Could Swim be entirely making this up? Should swim give his medicine a try just to see if it helps and if anything wean off of it? Swim is worried about the withdrawal but knows it is always worse on Google then it really is . Swim has days that are better and worse than others and on the days he isn't anxious he is fine but if he is anxious it is a long day obsessing over every symptom. Even with swims past of medicine and taking venlafaxine swim was constantly worried about every symptom associated with it.

Any advice on swims situation?

SM- Sounds like swim needs either meds or to leave it be, if they were making things yp just to get the med then they dont really need it.

If Swim does have a problem than Swim needs to own up and fa e Swims desire to be helped and take the meds the doc gives. Otherwise it is all for not.

Swim needs to be careful about the "box" doc as this goes to worst case every time.
Tell Swim that meds and CBT are the very beat things for them and to be more diligent about the med.

smu here's the problem with swims philosophy, he sounds like a
recreational user, many young addicts become this way playing
around with a medicine designed for people who are really hurting, the main reason doctors only give 30 day scripts is
because of the recreational users and dealers, swim may now
be addicted to something he may wish he had flushed!
