You mentioned in another post about how your therapist was having you ask random people in your life how they are feeling at any given time...to reassure you that everyone has moments of feeling 'off' or not completely well? (in essence, trying to diffuse the fear of anxiety's physical symptoms and how we react and get hyper-aware of our body's sensations)
I think this is a very interesting treatment technique and wondered if you would share a little more about this...what it involves, how you have found it to be helpful, ect?
