Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum! I found you after doing a search for "cold feeling after panic attack". Turns out this seems to be a normal reaction to a panic attack.
I started having panic attacks last June. (after a copper iud, but that's another story) I had been doing really well Nov/Dec and the last few weeks my anxiety has been back with a vengeance. Dizziness, bad hypochondria (every little ache or pain is FOR SURE some serious disease that is going to kill me).
Tonight though, was the worst. I had a horrible panic attack (worse than any I've had in a long time). My husband doesn't understand, he tells me just to calm down and asks me all these questions which I can't even concentrate on when its happening. It makes me feel worse and then he gets upset.
Now I am sitting here trying to bring myself back to normal (whatever that is these days) and my vision feels weird, I'm super tired and my ears hurt. Have any of you had these feelings after a panic attack? Like I said, I'm a bit of a hypochondriac these days and I'm worried it is something else and not "just" panic.
Thanks for any input!!
