such a good day yesterday

hi, i'm display.

i write about my anxiety and depression on here so often. i thought it would be a good idea to write about what a good day i had yesterday.

i decided to devote part of the day to getting things done. this included my taxes and some car shopping online. then i took myself out to a nearby pizza place (no worries about my car, since it was so nearby). i can see myself possibly taking myself there every saturday for a while.

i was happy yesterday and it was such a relief to have a good day.

That is awesome! I'm so happy to hear about your wonderful day. And quite a busy day, at that!

What a great idea, making it a Saturday "special pizza day" (sounds yummy!).

Yahoooooooo - great to read you had a wonderful day. Pizza sounds good and I actually had one Saturday evening for dinner.

Make it a habit to plan on Saturday as being your fun day.

Glad to hear you had a great day and reading your comments about pizza makes me hungry! For those of us who have anxiety, it is an awesome feeling to have those feel good days. Thanks for sharing with us!
