here regularly...such as morning anxiety...it just further reinforces that this is an expected symptom, and that brings comfort to others going through the same thing.
Your use of breathing exercises is on the right track...however, I hope that you meant to say that you do deep breathing? Slow deep breathing is the way to go to lower anxiety and relieve symptoms.
