b) undefined, back-of-the-mind, can't-put-your-finger-on-it feelings/notions/vibes? (i.e., general fogginess, lack of clarity, lack of ability, slower thinking)
It varies really. Usually it is conscious unless I get my way into a true depression. Then I start having panic attacks over things and not know why.
