wearyRAsufferer , Early this morning I had a vivid dream/scary dream in which my husband was severely hurt and I could not fix him - I was glad to wake up and realize it was just a dang dream getting in my face and my hubby is just fine.
Sometimes the only dreams we remember are the ones we wish
we could forget. Nightmares can be instructive, and most psychologists believe
that they are a healthy part of life. But if you are plagued by repetitive
nightmares and are losing sleep, changing your daily habits can
reduce nightmare frequency. In general, nightmares can be caused by
insufficient sleep, poor exercise and diet, and stress. What has helped me is to reduce exposure to violent images in the media, especially in the
evenings. Horror movies can cause lingering nightmares for years. I saw Bates Hotel, the original version years ago and I still remember that nasty movie. May you only have sweet dreams tonight. It is a small world as we find so many people just like us in this great forum. Kindly, Kitt
