specialone0129I am so mad at myself as I wrote you an in-depth answer yesterday and danged if I didn't switch pages before I hit post. That was when I realized I had been online all day and it was time to take a nap.
Anxiety can wax and wane in a day or you can have months of feeling great and for some reason "it is back". Everyone has anxiety in their life but for us it becomes a problem - perhaps from many events in our lives that have added up and when we become anxious we kick into the exaggerated mode.
I may sound a bit off balance but I will have weeks where I am stuck in anxiety and I finally decided I should drink more water - LOL - I am not a spammer !
"In two recent studies, researchers at the University of Connecticut’s Human Performance Laboratory discovered the mental, mood and cognitive downside of even mild dehydration.
Investigators determined that it didn’t matter if a person had just walked for 40 minutes on a treadmill or was sitting at rest – the adverse effects from mild dehydration were the same.Mild dehydration is defined as an approximately 1.5 percent loss in normal water volume in the body."
It may be all in my head but my mood is better now that I force myself to drink at least 8 glasses of water.................but this is just me wanting so bad for anything tot work.
I will leave you with this today:
