scrumking,You are not going to die right now as it is not your time. You are having a Panic Attack. I am sorry you are feeling so bad. You can not die from a panic attack nor does it do any physical harm to our bodies. But know that things can get better and you can train your body and mind to relieve the intensity of these panic attacks.
Check out our resources at the top of the page and choose a breathing exercise to use daily until you train your body to automatically "just breath" when your panic attack starts.
