hi scrumking, is there something you can do to distract yourself right now, such as watching a dvd, tv, reading, writing in a journal, loooking at photo albums etc, or even patting a pet if you have one? i am not a doctor, but i reckon if your heart wasn t going to stand up to the exercise, you ould have found out while you were sparring, not hours later. i am praying for you right now and look forward to hearing about you getting some sleep, next time we hear from you! of course, if you are really worried, you can go to the e.r., but try to do the breathing exercises in the resources at the start of this site, blessings
