yesterday i had a talk with my two bosses about how behind i am at work. nothing really came out of it except at least now they have an idea about how behing i am.

i guess i just have to keep working and maybe eventually i will get caught up.

i am just sitting here this morning dreading how much work there is. the good thing is that i decided to take Monday off. i really need a break from all the stress.

would really appreciate any prayers or positive thoughts!

Hi display - glad you talked to your bosses and are taking a day off, I think both were a good idea! get thru today and then let yourself have this break.

i think of work kind of like a flowing river, its always flowing to us with more work and tasks, sometimes they just keep coming. we have to use our judgement when we need to head to the shore for rest. it may seem counterproductive when there is so much to do, but it can keep you from getting to tired out and "drowning" in the work. i guess that might sound a little corny but it helps me think of it that way. sending positive thoughts your way!

Good for you - taking a 3 day weekend.  Your being pro-actice so keep it up.

Talking to your bosses was a tough thing to do but you did it so be proud of advocating for yourself.
