hi misty - sorry you have to deal with this all the time. i find my anxiety fluctuates, but sometimes i have days/weeks where it seems to be 24/7.
i know what you mean about relaxing or getting up. sometimes i am ok for a while, but when i switch activities it starts up. like i can feel fine, and then while i am sitting watching tv it will start up. or i can take a nap and feel fine, but when i get up and start moving then it hits. or the opposite - i will do housework and feel ok and distracted, but then when i stop to rest it hits.
