Taking you all with me today

I have to go to court in a little bit for a traffic ticket. I had an accident about 6 weeks ago with a train. It's not as scary as it sounds. I wasn't actually hit by the train, but part of it grazed my car because I got caught on the white lines as it was leaving the station. I freaked because I had nowhere to go. There was a car behind me right on my butt that wouldn't back up. I was fine. Surprisingly I did NOT have a panic attack. But my anxiety about court right now is very high. My husband is going with me and driving so I just took a Xanax. I've been shaking pretty badly since I woke up. I'm sure it will be fine, I'm just nervous and scared. I don't know if that's why I had that weird thing last night that I thought was a PAC. I've felt it a couple times in the past week, but it doesn't sound like what a PAC feels like. It's like a weird sensation in my chest that almost, but doesn't, take my breath away and then tingling feelings spread through my body after. It lasts just a few seconds and my heart rate seems normal after, but it scares me. That's why I took the Xanax. I'm hoping to avoid whatever that was while actually in court. So I have that, plus I'm taking you with me, too, so I have some extra support :)

Hi ME.,

I am so sorry to hear of your accident. That was a stressor for sure...and going to court is never fun.

I think that everyone has some apprehension about official/legal matters in a courtroom...it is natural.

I am sure that things are going to go in your favor, and that it will be alright.

Give us an update when you can, and take the rest of the day to relax.:)

p.s. I got pulled over this past Summer...I blame my Mustang actually...but I nearly passed out as I got a ticket.  When it was time to pay it, I went in and was worried about what the clerk might be thinking of me...how ridiculous, right?  They see those everyday! ;p
