Well bugger that!
I just wrote a long reply post to you and it evaporated. I'm sure I hit the submit button, but naaaahhh, I guess I hit something else because I lost everything. Probably the best post I ever wrote come to think of it. Yep, no doubt. Now gone. Mourn the missing post.
Now on with it. You've been on this same med for 7 years and are only now noticing a change? Something new going on (in any area of your life)? Have you spoke to your doctor about adjusting your Ciprolax med? Sometimes our meds bottom out and we need the doses adjusted, and sometimes a change in medication.
If your doctor is fine with you using Xanax twice a week, is that a problem for you? That's not very often, and if it helps, it's just one of the tools in our kit of arsenal of "Feel Better Techniques" backpack we carry around with us along with our coping skills.
The only way you'll see what will happen if you don't take the Xanax, is..................to not take the Xanax when it happens. Have one handy, have a friend near by, and keep trying to put off in chunks of time like 10 more minutes,......10 more minutes.....before you know it, a lot of these attacks will work themselves out of our bodies on their own
