I am sorry that you are going through this rough time.:(
You can and will get back to a better place...keep up hope, and use those coping skills!!
I find this mantra really helpful when I am suffering physical symptoms...and my 'health anxiety brain' wants to try and attach some scary diagnoses to it , other than what it is...anxiety.
"I am okay. This is just anxiety making me feel this way."
Simple and true statement...yet is has power if I will keep repeating it to myself.:)
