Mitsy,Get mad at this dang anxiety and get up with a positive attitude about how your going to kick anxiety in the behind. You don't need and you do not want anxiety so do something physical as SC mentioned. Going back as far as I can remember, I was always a slave to ever-present anxiety. I lost friends, never made them, avoided events, stayed in bed, flaked, backed out and wasted more time that I can really wrap my mind around on worry.
No more - my time is way to precious. Learn to let go of these unwanted emotions as they arise, then release the negative energy – right on the spot – without getting overwhelmed into a state of high anxiety… or even a panic attack.
