SOIA,My anxiety has taken me from anger to despair and made many stops along the way; the feelings have circled back on me yet I know that I must do whatever it takes to decrease my anxiety if I want to enjoy life.
When I am really angry - I throw paper plates - yup you read that right. Beats cleaning up broken china.
Beating on ice cubes with a mallet helps too. Let the anger out and move on to feeling OK.
