I am sorry that you are not feeling well.:( Being/getting a sick with a virus or other illness can certainly be an anxity trigger for people with anxiety.
Try and remember that it is something that happens to everyone, and that you will be fine with some rest and time to recover.
If you can't take anything, try gargling with warm salt water to soothe your throat. Using a humidifier in your room may also help.
Plenty of liquids and rest should find you feeling better soon. :)
