For about 4 months I've been dealing with pretty bad anxiety and for 2 months I've been dealing with Depersonalization and Derealization. For the last month almost my anxiety has decreased significantly. As for my DP/DR. It's still there. Not too bad but enough. But since my anxiety has been bad. I have had these constant eye floaters, and today I realized I haven't even had them in a few days and I still don't! It's pretty cool because I think it means my symptoms must be going away! Just things I realize while I'm waiting to go into CBT!:)

Last week I was in the wrong class. This week I was in the right one! And we actually learned! Nothing truly useful but I'm sure I will over time

I've learned over time, and lots of hindsight, that we do remember everything we learn,....it's just that some times we're not ready, at that moment, to absorb the knowledge.

You know the saying, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears?" I believe it. I have believed it for a while. It never ceases to amaze me when something I "learned" whether it was weeks, months or even years ago suddenly finds it's way through this maze I call my brain, and I have my Ta-Da moment.

It'll happen....it just has to ferment a little bit!
