head rush feeling

Im a 38 yr old male and I do suffer from Anxiety but I don't take any meds for it because i'm trying to stay away from meds. I been reading all these comment15s about getting dizzy spells and head rush senations and I think I get them too. As a matter of fact I just got one like 20 mins ago. i'm at work alone and I was playing on my phone, out of nowhere I get this tingle head rush that last about 15 secs and it just freaks me out to where I get up and I walk in a circle to shake it off and the whole time thinking that i'm about to faint and there's no one around. I got this feeling before when I was in bed trying to go to sleep. Sometimes the feeling of cold rush with that tingle feeling goes thru out my whole body. Do I need to worry? Do I need to go to the E.R? I need answer and a peace of mind. please help cuz these are really scary and I need to know if I have to leave work. thanks.

When was the last time you saw your doctor and had a full physical? It's always the best place to start,...making sure you get a clean bill of health. It adds a peace of mind as well. How current do you happen to be?
