I am sorry that you are going through this currently. It is so frightening to fear either losing one's mind or health. These are the two main concerns when talking about
anxiety and panic. Some people fear that they are experiencing a phsyical emergency...while others are afraid that they are 'going crazy'.
Know that you are not alone, and that there are many who feel the same way.
I would encourage you to discuss this with your therapist, as that is the way for you to be treated as thoroughly for your spefic concerns as possible!
