Hi Reepin,
You bring up a really good point....sometimes, when there are physical problems, it makes dealing with symptoms easier, because we have a concrete reason to latch onto. It's the mystery sensations that can drive us bonkers.
You're also right, that knowing we're physically healthy,...it does not automatically equate into cessation of symptoms.
But what does help is practicing our self-help and coping strategies. When we've ruled out the physical, we can reaffirm to ourselves that this is just anxiety testing those boundaries again, rearing it's head and vying for attention....
Positive affirmations and mantras and distraction techniques, breathing skills, and good old fashioned traditional exercise is helpful. While anxiety may never go away, we always have the skills within reach to handle it! :)
