i have a lot of work on my desk. i notice i usually get anxious about having too much or not enough. but i am not looking forward to work today.
i have 2 doctor's appointments this afternoon - first to the dentist (easy) and then to therapy (easy). but i am a bit nervous about getting to both on time.
a friend suggested "positive thinking". i guess i can see i have a lot of negative thinking in my head.
one of the work tasks, i usually make one mistake, which seems to cause all kinds of repurcussions. i wish everyone would stop making it a big deal. it makes me nervous doing the task.
i wish i would get better. it gets very tiring being anxious all the time.
