anxious about being mad

i had a very rough day at work yesterday. one of my bosses put a lot of pressure on me to hurry up and finish work i was doing. i find myself tremendously angry at him today. of course i cannot tell him off. i just want to steer clear of him as much as possible today.

my main passive-aggressive way of "getting back" at my bosses is to start to goof off. i hope i don't do that today.

i had therapy last night and we talked about my rough day. my therapist and i agreed i couldn't tell my boss off, although i would like to.

i have several big projects over the next week. i hope i am able to complete them.

anyway, any positive thoughts and prayers for today would be appreciated.

To be honest, the best way to "get back" at your boss?

Do your job with cheer, be extra pleasant and friendly to him, be gracious and accommodating. For real! He won't know what hit him. You'll confuse the heck out of him and you're in control of the situation! Hehe....
