if only

... i could keep that good weekend feeling during the work week. On the weekends I feel full of possibilities and sometime can even relax. then monday comes along and I am beset by problems and worrying and anxiety.

it just makes me sad to lose that good feeling.

Have you always had feelings like this? In other jobs...or back in shcool?

If this is something new and related to your current workplace only...I am wondering if your particular job/work environment is causing you an undue amount of stress?

Trying to decipher what is a normal stress regarding your work...and what it over the top might be a good exercise for you to do...

I hope that you can re-capture some of that good weekend feeling today.;)

I worked at the same company 42 years, some were bad some
just a living, one thing I do remember was I tortured myself processing a situation over and over until I would be sick, I did
finally learn through experience that nothing I ever feared was
as bad as I had made it out to be in my head. I worked for men
who hated me and some who loved me, in the end I learned that
what really mattered was I was going to do my job the best I could and then I will turn loose, they were not paying me to die
