dear timmy, i m so sorry that you are going through tthis terrible anxiety. you are so young, but, believe me, it is just as scarey, no matter what your age, but, as you have already learned you can train your body and mind to deal with what anxiety chooses to throw at you at any given time. the problem being, again as you have found, that anxiety has the un nerving ability to morph into something which looks and feels different, seemingly at the drop of a hat. just when you think you ve got a handle on it, everything changes.firstly, i don t believe that you did anything to deserve this. smoking weed may or may not have brought on your first attack, but you can t change the past, so i would strongly suggest that you don t smoke again, as it can be very unpredictable in its effect on someone proven to be susceptible to it. you don t mention if you are religious at all. i am not allowed, on this forum, to recommend any book of faith over any other, but i do know Who my Saviour is, and if you were to put out a hypothetical, challenging prayer, along the lines of, god, if you are real, how me what to do and what to read to teach me the truth about eternity, you will, i believe, be amazed at the results. look out for a miracle. don t ggive up, you are full of potential and the world needs you. on a practical note. when i get that suffocating feeling, this is the breathing eercise that always helps me 1/breathe in for a count of 2, 2/ breathe out, through pursed lips, as if whistling, for a count of 8. repeat these 2 steps 6 to 8 times, and you should find you can now take in a full, satisfying breath and feel normal again. repeat this as often as needed, blessings to you,
