I will add my congrats as well!! Geat job on getting through your exam!! :)
I have dizzyness as a symptom as well, and for me, breathing exercises are key for relief.
When anxious, we tend to shallow breathe/hyperventilate...disrupting the O2/CO2 balance in our blood. This will cause the dizzyness and tingling that you described.
Dedicated 10 minutes, 3 x's a day to slow deep breathing and you should see a difference! (everyday...even on the good ones...this is a lifestyle habit that needs to be constant for best results!)
