Quick check-in. The happy news is I'm finally going to be a grandma!! My son and his wife are having their first child due to be born in November! We are all so excited!!

In anxiety news - I thought I had been doing great. Went to the Doc. Put on Lexapro and Xanax. I opted out of taking Lexapro....for now. And I'm taking a 1/2 of Xanax every night before bed (lowest dosage). I follow up visit in a few weeks. However - I had a bad attack out of the blue last night. Ugh. I'd been doing so well.

Oh well! Stay strong people! And know that you're not alone!!

congrats on the maternal news. hey don't let the out of blue attack get ya down. especially when you are doing so well. healing thoughts i send.
