Yeah I would go to another doctor for a second opinion.
Generally, when we get a skin growth - what we want to watch out for is color and shape. You want to watch out for anything discolored (green, grey, black, etc.) and if it is not a circle and an irregular shape, this can indicate a melanoma.
It is also possible it could be a corn, wart, or other type of HPV-related skin growth, but I worry about the green coloration. I would worry that whatever this is, actually has dying tissue around it and could be getting gangrene.
Please get it checked out again ASAP.
