Hey guys, as you all know I have been having some really good days. Today however my stress/anxiety reached a new level. I honestly didn't have any issues that should have caused it to elevate. I have been doing good. Anyway, this morning on my way to work, I think it was a pinched nerve or something, but the numbness/tingling in my arms and face came back full force. Again, driving while my anxiety is happening makes me worse. My fingers were cold, my neck hurt, my jaw hurt, my pupils constricted, and I felt very anxious. I managed to calm down, thank God. Tonight I was looking up tingling arms, and stuff. Came across this page and wow, does it make sense. It truly explains how having anxiety, can cause so much more. Just reading all of this, shows how much stress actually affects many things in our body. I can relate to everything it talks about
. Definetly sheds light on how we continue to be stressed, when we don't think we are stressed. Hope I can share this, and if not I understand. Was hoping it would help more than just me.
