doing ok today

my cousin has turned out to be a great listener. as i have said before, both my therapist and my 12 step sponsor are out of town this week. so i need someone else to talk to. that has turned out to be my cousin.

i am worried about the long term effects of smoking on my teeth and gums. i cannot seem to stop smoking. it's like i use it for my armor to deflect pain and try and take care of anxiety.

a friend has offered to buy me a book called "Love You". has anyone heard of this.

i guess that's all for me, i'm running late this morning.
