Sorry all, had a bad, nasty day yesterday and residual fall out from it today.  I am just going to step away for a bit and then I will be back.

Good Morning All,

I meant to just step away for 1/2 hour yesterday but things went downhill and my bad day grew in size.

I see my Psychiatrist on Tuesday and she is pretty good about helping me get my head on straight.  Since I was dx with cancer she has gone above and beyond to help with my anxiety/depression.

I am with you this morning until 1000 and than off to my youngest granddaughters dance recital.................

Can't wait to hear how the dance recital went! I know how much joy they bring you.

PS: Thank you for taking the time and trust to post to us that you needed to be "away for short commercial interruption!" You clever girl!

Take time you need, do what you need to, and routinely toss into the mix, doing some of what you simply want to do! :)

Good Morning Everyone,

The recital was super - Emma (10 years old) has been in dance for 8 years now and she has come along way since the days where she just stood on the stage and looked over the audience. cool

She was in 4 numbers so she had 4 outfit changes.  Fun to see all of the performers.

My morning anxiety is nasty.............see my Psychiatrist tomorrow but very worried she won't have any grand plan for me. 

I have been praying and practicing staying in the moment but my anxiety is so strong it takes over.

Back to doing my best to stay in the moment.

I am glad that you got to see the recital...it sounds great! Tell Emma that we are proud of her.:)

I am sorry that you have had a rough time of it in the mornings...not a great way to start off a day, I know.

I hope that tomorrow's appointment does bring some relief, and maybe a plan that can help out.

We are always here to listen and encourage you, as you have done for all of us.

We love you, and will be waiting to hear how your appointment went if you want to share.
