I agree... I have moments when I think:
What the heck! I have dealt with MUCH worse in my life... What's a little panic and depression to someone like me?!
I sort of mentally shake myself, I get up, I do a chore, I walk, I listen to music, I turn off my work, jump in the car and go for a drive, somewhere, anywhere. And while this does not "SOLVE" my issues, it can cheer me up, so the smiling and attitude does help.
:)
(I think we get in the habit of thinking "we can't" and it's a hard habit to break).
This is great reminder for me too...
