Xinyi,Good Morning - I have responded to your emails. It feels to me like you are caught up in health anxiety and your mind is spinning about as fast as it can go.
With each suggestion or sharing you read here in the forum your mind jumps to "what if " thinking. In the morning, the minute you start to feel sx of anxiety, stop what your doing and practice the breathing exercises.
Here is a very easy breathing exercise you can do no matter where you are:
- Take a long, deep breath in and out. In your mind say “in” as you breathe in and “out” as you breathe out in order to ground yourself in the present moment.
- Then, feel the ground beneath your feet. Notice the way your clothes feel against your skin, the wind against your face, the sun on your cheeks. Listen to the birds singing, the rain falling around you, or the ticking of a nearby clock.
