One great way to take the
anticipatory anxiety out of having more anxiety is to daily manage your stress levels with coping skills.
Taking this pro-active approach every day can not only help you to feel like you are actively doing things to prevent more anxiety episodes...it actually
can prevent them!! Win-win! :)
