Display,Hope by now your day is moving along nicely. I am glad you have a special place to post your feelings of anxiety in the mornings.
Remember we will be with you all day - big breaths and slow your breathing down when you start to feel anxious.
What helps my morning anxiety is to come here to HW and post responses to the members as I feel comfortable talking with the members.
I will scroll through the threads and respond first to the members who joined since I was last online the day before. This keeps my mind and hands occupied.
When you find your self ready for work and all you need to do is walk out the door, spend the spare time you have, until it is time to leave home, posting to other members.
I have read many of your posts to others and you are always kind, respectful and comforting with your words of support.
